The Type 2 Tethered Charging Cable is available in 16amp 22kW and is an AC charging cable with Vehicle Connector and open cable end for charging electric vehicles (EV) with alternating current (AC) via type 2 Vehicle Inlets, for installation at charging stations for E-Mobility (EVSE). 

• Consistent design of all Phoenix Contact Vehicle Connectors and Infrastructure Plugs
• Silver-plated surface of the power and signal contacts
• Certified in accordance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015
• Material data available in the IMDS (International Material Data System of the automotive industry)
• Convenient handling, thanks to the ergonomic handle and additional, rubber grip components

Q1. What about the lead time?
A: 10-15 days for mass production.

Q2. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It takes 7-10 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: 1)Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.5%.

     2)During the guarantee period, we will send new one with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution including re-call according to real situation.
