Radel® polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) delivers the highest performance of our sulfone polymers. Our broad product slate offers an impressive selection of transparent and opaque colors and meets a wide range of performance, price, and processing requirements.

Radel® PPSU offers impact strength similar to polycarbonate (PC) and better chemical resistance than polyetherimide (PEI). It excels in high heat and humidity environments and provides operating temperatures around 200°C (392°F) with inherent flame retardant properties.

Duradex D-3000 is a polyphenyl sulfone (PPSU) material with excellent hydrolysis stability and toughness, making it very suitable for high flow length and thin-wall parts production. It outperforms many commercial high-temperature engineering resins with its high deflection temperature and excellent environmental stress cracking resistance. The polymer has an intrinsic flame-retardant property.
