Santoprene™ thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) was created more than 40 years ago out of a simple concept to develop a ready-to-use material that behaves like a rubber but processes like a thermoplastic. A truly revolutionary product, it quickly became the acknowledged industry-standard for TPVs.

SANTOPRENE™ 111-45 Specifications
SANTOPRENE™ 111-45 is a soft, black-colored polyolefin-based thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grade. It contains a stabilization system for protection against copper and other metal-catalyzed degradation. It is recyclable within the manufacturing stream and shows property to retain in presence of typical dishwasher and washing machine detergents.
