Polyplastics PPS Durafide 6165A7S PolyphenyleneSulfide Resin 65% Glass Reinforced UL94 V0 Grade All Color

A super engineering plastic with excellent resistance to heat and chemicals, containing 65% glass fiber reinforced material with UL94 V0 flame rating available in all colors.

DURAFIDE® PPS was launched by Polyplastics as Japan's first production compound, based on PPS polymer with linear molecular structure from Kureha Corporation. It maintains superior mechanical strength, heat resistance, chemical resistance and fireproof properties with excellent toughness for stretching and impact resistance.

Linear PPS (DURAFIDE®) offers distinct advantages over cross-linked PPS:

• Greater elongation and impact strength for superior toughness
• Low level of ionic impurities for fuel cell parts and rigorous electrical applications
• Excellent thermal stability for easier molding and processing
