DAIKIN Neoflon FEP NP-30 is a melt-processable fluoropolymer resin designed for wire and cable jacketing and tubing applications.

Fluoropolymers designed to stand the most extreme and unique conditions. Automotive fuel tubes, roofing membranes, semiconductor components, and wires must endure extreme operating conditions including chemical resistance and harsh outdoor exposure while maintaining heat stability and excellent electrical properties.

DAIKIN offers two comprehensive ranges of Fluoropolymers:

• POLYFLON Series: High-performance PTFE available in fine powder, molding powder, or dispersion for tubes, membranes, and other applications
• NEOFLON Series: Complete array of melt-processable fluoropolymers including FEP, PFA, ETFE, and PCTFE suitable for pipes, sealants, roofing, and more

FEP Neoflon NP-30 is a melt-moldable fluoropolymer with excellent thermal stability, electrical properties, abrasion resistance, and long-term weatherability.

• Low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss tangent due to low polarity molecular structure
• Excellent heat resistance, chemical inertness, and weatherability from strong C-F bonds
• Superior flame retardancy (limiting O2 index 95 vol%, UL94V-0)
• Low coefficient of friction for excellent slipperiness
• Low surface energy for water and oil repellency, non-adherence properties
