The Ultra High Purity PFA FLEX8515UHPZ family exhibits improved environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) to stress cracking chemicals, particularly those containing fluorosurfactants. This material offers extremely low levels of extractable ions, making it suitable for critical wet chemical processes in the semiconductor industry.
