For ACX-34: Substrate roughening followed by primer application (EK-1200 or TC-1500 series). After drying and cooling, electrostatic spraying (20-50kV) to 30-80μm thickness. Sintering above 380℃ for 20 minutes (not exceeding 450℃).
Advantages: Superior chemical resistance, high temperature tolerance, excellent electrical insulation, low friction coefficient, non-stick properties, environmentally friendly.
Disadvantages: Higher production costs, difficult processing requiring specialized equipment, large thermal expansion coefficient, potential performance limitations in extreme environments.
