2. Deformation characteristics of box-shaped parts

The deformation properties are the same as those of the round simple parts, the difference is that the deformation that is always under tension and always under compression is unevenly distributed on the periphery of the blank, the deformation of the rounded part is large, and the deformation of the straight edge part is small; on the periphery of the blank, the degree of deformation is greater than that of the blank. There is mutual influence between the parts with small deformation degree.

3. Deformation characteristics of curved surface parts

The outer circumference of the blank is a deep drawing deformation zone that is always in tension and is always compressed; the middle part of the blank is a bulging deformation zone affected by two-way tensile stress.

4. Deformation characteristics of non-rotational surface shape parts

The deformation zone of the deep-drawing blank is also composed of the external deep-drawing deformation zone and the internal bulging deformation zone, but the distribution of these two deformations on the periphery of the blank is uneven; There is also shear deformation in the outer peripheral deformation area of ​​the blank.
