Sheet metal Electronic processing is a general term for parts formed by secondary processing of metal sheets by manual or machine punching, shearing, bending and other means. It includes two categories of thin plate hardware and thick plate hardware. Among them, the varieties of sheet metal parts mainly include: chassis cabinets, cooling equipment, instruments and meters, industrial pipeline connectors and mechanical shells.

Sheet metal Electronic processing steps:

1. Cutting material: according to the requirements of the product drawings, cut the plate on the CNC punching machine or other special shearing machine;

2. Drilling: Drill holes in the material with a drill bit of the corresponding specification;

3. Tapping (screen printing): rough machining the edge of the hole on the blank workpiece using the mold;

4. Edge milling (chamfering): Use the machine tool to finish the side wall of the workpiece to make it reach the required size and shape;

5. Planing (chamfering): Finish the four sides of the panel with a planer or a broaching machine;

6. Grinding: Use a grinder and a polishing machine to treat the surface of the panel to obtain a certain roughness and smoothness;

7. After cleaning and grinding, spray paint or electro-galvanized protective layer.
