How to distinguish finished products, components and welding parts in mechanical drawing?

The concept of components is "parts" together with parts and components, referring to the individual entities that make up a machine or structure.

A "component" refers to a whole that has definite motion in a machine. A component can be one part or a combination of several parts that are linked together and do not move relative to each other. It can also be said that the part is the unit of manufacture, and the component is the unit of motion in the machine.

As for "components", it is meant the parts of the machine which are self-contained in structure and function and which can be separated individually. Obviously, "components" can be large or small, and have zero activity. For example, an entire gearbox in a machine can be referred to as a component, or a clutch or some other part (such as a rolling bearing) within the gearbox can be referred to as a component. Machinery, machines, mechanisms, parts, components, parts are some common terms. The difference between their meanings should be understood.

Metal welded parts are of course structural parts connected by welds.
