Product Description
Oxygen enriched combustion is a technology that enable coal to burn completely with purified oxygen to increase the calorific value, reduce exhaust gas emission and save energy.
The VPSA oxygen enrichment technology, developed by Vertex, is featured with small investment, low energy consumption and less operation cost. It is widely used in the industries such as non-ferrous smelting, steel, chemical engineering, paper making, fiberglass, etc.
Technical Features
- Low investment and energy consumption as newly advanced molecular sieve of oxygen separation from air adopted, with unit power consumption for producing oxygen: 0.26-0.38kwh/Nm3, consumption of circulating water: 0.002t/Nm3 and over 67% of oxygen yield.
- Well adaptability with adjustable oxygen purity of 25 ~ 95%, and adjustable production load of 25 ~ 110%.
- Short in process, high automation and easy to operate.
