Our plastic roll film is combined multilayers film, normally ranging from around 40 mirongs to around 200 microns, with different barrier, strength performance. It is used in a wide variety of applications like food, medical, personal care, eletronic industry etc.. Plastic films are typically formed into rolls by roll slitting. Often additional coating or printing operations are also used.

Typical converting processes are coating, printing, laminatiing, and slitting. Coating technologies can include hot melt coating, gravure coating, curtain coating and slot-die coating. The most common printing techniques are flexo printing and rotogravure (gravure) printing. Both print processes are suited to high speed roll-to-roll processing. For laminating, mostly we have dry lamination, extrusion, and slove-free lamination.

Customers will make the roll film into different kinds of bags such as sachet bag, stick bag, 3 side seal bag, stand up bag, flat bottom bag, spout bag etc. based on their own designs or make into individual sheet of lidding.
