Description of 3001004 Pneumatic Rotary Union
The Senring 3001 pneumatic rotary joint is a single passage rotary joint that can rotate 360 degrees to transmit various gas media such as compressed air, steam, and vacuum. It supports multiple gas pipes of 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, and 12mm. The 3001 series pneumatic rotary joint also includes an electrical rotary joint series, which can not only transmit gas, but also mix and transmit various currents ranging from 2A to 800A. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, and low torque.
Rotary unions are designed for air, gas and vacuum use and are ideal for a number of automation and robotic applications.With light weight, compact rotary unions feature an all-aluminum alloy construction and two independent flow passages capable of transferring different types of media at the sametime. Stainless steel models are available to prevent corrosion for use with applications requiring water or corrosive media transfer. Models are also available with optional shaft O-ring face seal glands for flush mounting the union to an interface.

1. This is a single passage pneumatic rotary joint with an outer diameter of 35mm and an M5 thread.
2. It supports pipe diameters of 4mm and 6mm and can mix power lines, signal lines, Ethernet, industrial buses, control lines, solenoids, and sensing lines.
3. It is installed via a standard flange and can also be customized with a hollow shaft.
4. It can transmit various media, including compressed air, hydrogen, nitrogen, chemical mixtures, steam, cooling water, hot water, hot oil, petroleum, sulfuric acid, and beverages.
