1. Before starting the rolling bending machine, it is necessary to carefully test whether the motor, switch, line and grounding are abnormal, and check that the operating parts and control keys of the equipment are stuck in the correct position. Detection of the upper and lower two sides of the mold overlap degree; Test whether the positioning devices meet the requirements of processing.
2. The rolling bending machine will run empty for 1-2 minutes after starting up, and the upper roller shaft will run for 2-3 times with full travel. If there is abnormal sound or fault, it should be shut down and stop working.
3. One person should be responsible for the command during operation, so that the control technician and the feeding and pressing technician can cooperate with each other, and the cold-bending signal can be sent out in the position of the technician.
4. When rolling and bending machine is in operation, no one is allowed to stand behind the machine.

Features:
