Q5. What’s the ordering process for lighting products?
A: The process is:

1. You tell us your requirements or application needs.

2. We send a quote based on your needs or our recommendations.

3. You approve samples and pay a deposit.

4. We start production.

Q6. What payment terms do you accept?
A: For bulk orders, L/C or T/T is standard. For samples, we accept PayPal.

Q7. What is the warranty period?
A: Most of our lighting products have a 3-year warranty; our commercial lights have a 2-year warranty.

Q8. What is your warranty and spare parts policy?
A: We offer a 2-year warranty and provide sufficient spare parts. If any part fails, it can be replaced in time without affecting normal operation.

Q9. Can you produce any size of LED display?
A: Not any size — the size is determined by the LED module and cabinet dimensions. For instance, a rental outdoor LED display has a minimum unit size of 500×1000mm.

Q10. How is shipping handled?
A: Both air and sea freight are available. Sea freight is more economical and therefore recommended.
