Implementation Case
After sensors are installed on site, it can be seen clearly from the waveform spectrum that the axial vibration of the unit is large, and it is reflected in the 1x frequency (25HZ) and high frequency (465HZ), and the device fundamental frequency is 25HZ.
Through analysis, it can be seen that the main cause of vibration failure is abnormal vibration caused by shaft misalignment and poor lubrication, and there is a 1x frequency in the axial vibration bias, indicating that the shaft of the unit is misaligned or bent, and the high frequency (465HZ) is due to poor bearing lubrication, which will lead to increased friction and accelerate equipment aging.
Recommendation: Check whether the rotor is deformed, whether it deviates from the initial position, and add lubricating oil regularly, but not too full, generally 3/4 can be.
