※Description:
Working principle of peanut cooling machine
(1) Transportation Principle: The reducer (peanut cooling machine) drives the driving wheel through the chain drive, and the driving wheel uses the spline structure to drive the mesh belt forward.
(2) Cooling Principle: Cooling fan sucks room air through the air inlet, sucks through the mesh belt and material under negative pressure, penetrates the material to the bottom of the mesh belt, and the wind with heat enters the impeller of the cooling fan through the conversion box and blows out the equipment through the fan to discharge heat.
※Application:
Peanuts, cashew nut, almonds, hazelnut , pistachio ,sunflower seeds ,sesame seeds etc.
※Feature:
- High wind speed, fast cooling speed and good effect.
- There are two ways of discharging: pneumatic and manual.
