The large scale almond butter grinder machine is a stainless steel type colloid mill. It is widely used in food industry to make peanut butter, almond paste, almond milk, walnut butter, sesame paste and so on.. Almond butter making machine features compacted structure, stable working, low noise, rust-proof and easy to clean.

The almond grinding machine is my company developed special butter processing equipment. Its shape with the same basic chemical used in a colloid mill.

It is driven by different geometry of the stator and rotor at relatively high speed. The almond nut is broken by shearing, lapping and high frequency vibration. Grinding chamber is provided with three ground area, a level for the coarse grinding zone, the two level for the fine grinding zone, the three level for the attritor area, through the clearance adjustment of the rotor, can effectively achieve a desired ultrafine nut grinding effect (or cycle).

The almond butter grinding machine has the advantages of compact structure, stable operation, small noise, corrosion resistance, easy cleaning, convenient maintenance, etc..
