Blanched peanut production line is made of high quality stainless steel, which is clean and beautiful. Blanched peanuts are processed from raw materials to finished products automatically with high whole-kernel rate.

Whole Peanut Blanching Plant contains hopper, vertical elevator, de-stoner, continuous peanut roaster/dryer, Z elevator, silo, Z elevator, 3+ blanchers unit, supporting base, air cyclone, cyclone pipes, sorting belt, dust collector,
vibrating sifter, electric cabinet.

Peanuts Blanching Processing: Light roasted peanuts come from vibrating discharge device, through bucket conveyor, are feed into blancher, with the rotating and friction of rollers, the red skin will be taken, and sucked by the air cyclone. The blanched peanuts will fall down to the sorting belt.
