This innovative air peanut blancher utilizes compressed air as the peeling power, replacing traditional sand roller peeling machines. The complete system includes:
- Hopper and elevator system
- Receiving bin with automatic weighing
- Advanced peeling device
- Red skin suction system
- Discharge vibration sifter
- Dust cyclone separator
- Air compressor (can be customer-provided)
The equipment is organized into five integrated systems: feeding system, peeling system, red skin collection system, discharging system, and PLC control system. The specially designed blanching chamber automatically completes the blanching process through programmed blowing and releasing cycles, ensuring surface integrity with peeling rates up to 98% and whole blanched peanut rates exceeding 85%.
