Machine Components
The complete equipment system consists of five integrated components:
- Feeding system for controlled material input

The peanut blanching chamber features a specialized cavity design. The main blanching machine automatically completes the blanching process through programmed blowing and releasing cycles. This preserves the peanut surface integrity while achieving a 98% peeling rate and 85% overall blanching efficiency.
Operation Process
After weighing by the feeder, materials enter the peeling drum equipped with spiral blades. Compressed air is introduced, causing materials to roll and rub within the spiral blades to achieve effective peeling. The resulting powder and red skin enter the primary dust collection chamber with airflow, where dust is spun and settled by wind force, and red skin is collected by the cyclone separator. The peeled material is discharged into a vibrating screen to remove impurities, resulting in perfectly peeled peanuts.
