Processing Technology
The machine features a four-stage chopping process. Split blanched peanuts are fed via vertical conveyor and first chopped into coarse grains, then processed through a second stage to create mixing granulators. An integrated vibrating sifter sorts the output into four uniform specifications: 5-8 mesh, 8-10 mesh, 10-12 mesh, with material below 12 mesh achieving powder texture.
