Working Principle
The peanut butter grinder utilizes the relative movement between high-speed rotating stators and rotors of different geometric shapes. Processed materials enter the grinder through the annular variable gap under the action of gravity, air pressure, and centrifugal force. They undergo strong shear, friction, impact, high-frequency vibration, and other combined forces, resulting in effective dispersion, crushing, emulsification, and mixing to achieve products that meet specific particle size and quality requirements.
