Advanced peanut paste processing equipment designed for nut processing plants with production capacities ranging from 500kg/h to 1000kg/h.
Production Process Flow
- Roasting: Select and sort peanuts, then roast at 200-210°C for 20-30 minutes
- Peeling: Achieve approximately 96% peeling rate with intact peanuts and undenatured protein
- Sorting: Remove over-roasted or incompletely peeled peanuts manually or mechanically
- Initial Grinding: Produce coarse paste using grinder
- Secondary Grinding: Achieve smooth, refined texture with high-speed shear mill
- Mixing: Add sugar, salt, or seasonings and mix thoroughly for even distribution
- Cooling Again: Cool peanut butter to approximately 45°C for stability and quality
- Degassing: Remove air in degassing tank to prevent oxidation and spoilage
- Filling: Fill containers with accurate volume and seal tightly for storage and transportation
