The Belt Type Continuous Frying Machine is made of food grade 304 stainless steel; it is mainly used for continuous processing of nuts, meat, aquatic products, pasta, vegetables and other foods, such as frying peanuts, coated peanut, broad beans, green beans, and puffed products. This machine is mainly composed of transmission system, oil tank system, temperature control system, slag discharge system, automatic oil replenishment and other parts.

It controls the oil pump and the oil filter system's circulation loop through PLC. Heat is exchanged through the heat transfer oil heat exchanger. The oil volume at the three oil inlets can be controlled, the frying oil temperature zone can be controlled, and various frying processes can be well adjusted. The material is fully in contact with the hot oil in the fryer during movement on the double-layer mesh belt. The material is moved forward by the movement of the mesh belt and the scraper, and the upper and lower mesh belts drive the material forward at the same time.
