Automatic PLC Control Air Peanut Blanching Machine
This advanced hazelnut and pistachio blancher utilizes compressed air as the peeling power, replacing traditional sand roller peeling machines. The system includes a hopper, elevator, receiving bin, automatic weighing device, peeling device, red skin suction device, discharge vibration sifter, dust cyclone, and air compressor (can be provided by customer).
The complete equipment is organized into five integrated systems: feeding system, peeling system, red skin collection system, discharging system, and PLC control system. The specially designed Peanut Blanching Room features an automated process controlled by programmed instructions for blowing and releasing, ensuring surface integrity with a peeling rate up to 98% and whole blanched peanut rate exceeding 85%.
