Easy to Operate Peanut Blanching Machine Pistachio Peeling Machine
The Air Peanut Blancher Machine utilizes compressed air as the peeling power, replacing traditional sand roller peeling machines. This advanced system includes a hopper, elevator, receiving bin, automatic weighing device, peeling device, red skin suction device, discharge vibration sifter, dust cyclone, and air compressor (which can be provided separately). The complete equipment is organized into five integrated systems: feeding, peeling, red skin collection, discharging, and PLC control.
The Peanut Blanching Room features a specially designed chamber structure. The main blancher automatically executes the blanching process through programmed blowing and releasing cycles. This innovative approach ensures the peanut surfaces remain undamaged while achieving a peeling rate of up to 98% and a whole blanched peanut rate of 85% or higher.
