Peanut Air Blanching Machine
The Air Peanut Blancher Machine utilizes compressed air as the peeling power, replacing traditional sand roller peeling machines. This advanced system includes a hopper, elevator, receiving bin, automatic weighing device, peeling device, red skin suction device, discharge vibration sifter, dust cyclone, and air compressor (which can be provided by the customer). The complete equipment is organized into five integrated systems: feeding, peeling, red skin collection, discharging, and PLC control.
The Peanut Blanching Room features a specially designed chamber. The main blancher automatically executes the blanching process through programmed blowing and releasing cycles. This innovative approach ensures the peanut surface remains undamaged while achieving a peeling rate of up to 98% and a whole blanched peanut rate of 85% or higher.
Blanched Peanut Processing Line Operation
Materials are precisely weighed in the weighing hopper via the feeder, then transferred to the peeling drum equipped with spiral pieces. Compressed air is introduced into the drum, causing materials to roll and rub against the spiral pieces to achieve optimal peeling. The powder and red coat generated during peeling are carried by the air flow into the primary dust collection room, where dust precipitates through internal wind rotation while the red coat is collected by the cyclone. After peeling, materials discharge into the vibrating screen to remove impurities, resulting in perfectly peeled peanuts.
