Digital Control Peanut Seed Broad Bean Coating Machine with PLC
This automatic coating machine is ideal for products such as dough-coated peanuts, flavored coffees, nuts, and sunflower seeds. The system features precise PLC control for consistent coating quality and efficient production.
Operation Process
The base product supply hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gate delivers product to the PLC-controlled weigh scale. Accurately measured batches are fed to the coating chamber where rotation carries the product to the chamber wall.
Solution is introduced via a positive displacement pump to the high-speed spinning disc liquid applicator, while powders are delivered through a Uni-spense Dry Ingredient Distributor in alternating cycles. Cycle times vary based on product type and number of ingredients.
