Automatic Nuts Coating Machine
Advanced PLC-controlled coating system for peanuts, seeds, broad beans, and green beans with precision ingredient application.
Working Principle
The base product supply hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gate delivers product to the PLC controlled weigh scale. Accurately measured batches of base product are fed to the coating chamber where rotation carries the product to the chamber wall.
Solution is introduced via high-speed spinning disc liquid applicator with positive displacement pump, while powders are delivered through Uni-spense Dry Ingredient Distributor in alternating cycles. Cycle times vary based on product type and number of ingredients.
Precise control of batch size, liquid, and powder delivery ensures consistent finished coated product quality.
