Nuts Crushing Machine for Doughnut and Ice Cream Topping Applications
Our peanut chopping machine is engineered to chop roasted peanuts into precisely sized pieces. Designed to process split blanched peanuts, the final product is ideal for doughnut toppings, ice cream toppings, bread baking, sundaes, cookies, brownies, salads, and various culinary applications.
The machine features a two-stage chopping process. Split blanched peanuts are fed into the chopper via a vertical conveyor, where they are initially chopped into coarse grains by the first chopping device. The material then flows into the second stage chopping unit, resulting in mixed granulators. Through the integrated vibrating sifter, the chopped material is sorted into four uniform specifications, typically divided into 5-8 mesh, 8-10 mesh, 10-12 mesh, with material below 12 mesh achieving a powder texture.
