Industrial Peanut Chopping Machine with Vibrating Sifter
This industrial peanut chopping machine processes roasted peanuts into various size pieces. The chopper handles split blanched peanuts, producing ideal toppings for doughnuts, ice cream, bread baking, sundaes, cookies, brownies, and salads.
Advanced Two-Stage Chopping System
The advanced two-stage chopping system begins when split blanched peanuts are fed via vertical conveyor. Material is first chopped into coarse grain by the initial chopping device, then flows into the second stage to become mixing granulators.
With the integrated vibrating sifter, chopped material is sorted into 4 uniform specifications, typically divided into 5-8 mesh, 8-10 mesh, 10-12 mesh, with material below 12 mesh achieving powder texture.
