Advanced blanching equipment for efficient peanut processing with compressed air technology
Operation Process
Materials are weighed in the weighing hopper via the feeder, then transferred to the peeling drum equipped with spiral pieces. Compressed air is introduced into the drum, causing materials to roll and rub against the spiral pieces for effective peeling. The resulting powder and red coat are carried by air flow into the primary dust collection room, where dust precipitates through internal wind rotation while the red coat is collected by cyclone. After peeling, materials discharge into the vibrating screen for impurity removal, yielding perfectly blanched peanuts.
