YTM high voltage electric motor for coal mill

This series of motors are specially used as prime movers for coal mills developed by our company in the early 1990s in accordance with IEC standard and mechanical industry standard JB/T 7128-2007 technical conditions for three phase asynchronous motors for YTM, YHP and YMPS series coal mills after introducing the latest technologies of Wesinghouse and BBC in the 1980s, YTM series is a special motor for bowl type coal mill, the enclosure protection grade of motor is IP55, the cooling method is IC611(Air-Air cooling), and IC81W(Air-Water cooling) is also can be provided according to user requirements. The installation type is IMB3. The rated voltage can be 690v/3kv/3.3kw/6kv/6.3kv/10kv. Rated frequency can be 50HZ/60HZ and working mode is continuous working type S1.

Motor structure adopts popular box structure, base and end cover are welded from steel plates, with good rigidity and light weight. After the protective cover or the cooler is removed, the inside of the motor can be observed and touched, which is convenient for installation and maintenance of the motor. The stator adopts external press mounting structure. The winding end is fixed with a special binding process, which is firm and reliable. The whole stator is treated with vacuum pressure impregnated class F solvent-free paint(VPI).
