Product detail
Chain pitch P=135.46mm, 3P = step distance=406.4mm. The step chain is used oil for lubrication
The step chain is connected to its left and right sides by solid axles and the step chain width is 1000 mm. The solid axels are fixed with the chain link plate and are not datachable for transportation.
The step-chain rollers are made of hydrolytic resistant polyurethane. The step roller hub material is plastic as standard and metal hub is optional.The eligibility test for step-chain roller anti-hydrolysis is 250hrs, oil hydrolysis is 250hrs, and life test run time is 5000hrs.
