The DSS-PAUT28 is a portable phased array ultrasonic testing instrument featuring 32:128 detection channels. Pipeline automatic scanner phased array inspection

Routine weld inspection
Phased array fan-shaped scanning is used for butt welds, fillet welds, and TKY welds in steel structures, power plant boilers, pressure vessels, transmission pipelines, nuclear power, oil tanks, storage tanks, etc. The primary and secondary waves are used to fully cover the welds, and the line scanning replaces the zigzag scanning, which significantly improves the detection efficiency and reliability.
Phased Array C-Scan Inspection of Composite Materials
The widespread use of composite materials, especially in aerospace, used to be detected by single probe and single point, which had low detection efficiency and was easy to miss. The cabinet control array push detection method can not only improve the detection efficiency, but also visualize the defects and evaluate the defect area.
Bolt inspection or threaded pipe inspection
Bolts are used in many flow connections of steel structures. The root diameter cracks of the bolts seriously affect the use of the threads. By using the small angle fan scan of the phased array to cover the thread area of the bolt inspection, it is easy to determine whether the threads have cracks by displaying the results in an image. The DSS-PAUT-28 instrument meets the requirements of the high-temperature bolt field acoustic phased array detection technology in Appendix D of the power standard "DL/T 694-2012 Technical Guidelines for Ultrasonic Testing of High-temperature Fastening Bolts".
PE pipe joint inspection
The ethylene pipeline electric fusion joint adopts phased array line scanning detection, which can detect good welding, unmelted welding, slag inclusion (mud into sand), overburned welding and cold state. The test results are clear and easy to judge. The heat increase joint of the second adjustment pipeline adopts phased array scanning and sector scanning to cover the entire joint, and all kinds of defects have a high detection rate.
