1. Inlet airflow speed;The increase of the inlet airflow speed can not only improve the dust removal volume of cyclone dust collector, but also effectively improve the separation efficiency. However, when the inlet airflow speed increases to a certain value, the separation efficiency will decrease, wear intensifies, and the service life of the dust collector will be shortened. Therefore, the inlet airflow speed should be controlled within the range of 18~23m/s

2. Inlet mass concentration of dusty gas;When the inlet mass concentration is high, the large particle dust will have an obvious carrying effect on the small particle dust. At this time, the separation efficiency of the dust collector will be improved

3. The temperature of the gas;If the temperature of the gas increases, the viscosity will increase, and the centripetal force of the dust particles will increase, so the separation efficiency will decline. Therefore, the dust collector operating under high temperature conditions should have a larger inlet flow velocity and a smaller cross section flow velocity.
