The structure design of this product has the following characteristics

1. The main exposed parts are made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with corrosion resistance, no pollution, moisture, dust and other characteristics, food equipment or high dust and other harsh environment can be used.

2. The mechanical overload protection device is adopted, which can effectively avoid the damage caused by improper use or abnormal external force on the motor and reducer.

3. In order to adapt to the different specific gravity of various materials, the user can choose to test the shape and specification of the blade. For the convenience of users, the movement is also equipped with a five-level sensitivity adjustment device.

The working principle of

This SERIES controller uses micromotor to drive the detection blade to work at a speed of 5-6 RPM after deceleration. When the material level of the measured object rises so that the rotation of the blade is blocked, the detection mechanism will produce rotational displacement around the spindle. This displacement is preferred to first make a micro switch to send out a material signal, and then another micro switch action, cut off the micromotor power to make it stop working, as long as the material level is unchanged, this state will always be maintained.
