Working principle:

The device adopts door structure, spring reset, installed on the chute side wall. When the material causes blockage in the chute, the accumulated material must give the chute side wall a pressure, so as to move the movable door of the device inward. When the adjustable door deflection Angle is greater than the controlled Angle, its control switch action, so as to send out an alarm or stop signal. If it is connected to the vibrator control line, it can realize the function of automatic vibration without stopping when mildly blocked. After the blockage fault is removed, the trapdoor automatically resets.
