ICS series electronic belt scale working principle:
The weighing bridge is installed on the conveyor frame. When the material passes through, the measuring roller detects the weight of the material on the belt through the lever, and is used as the weighing sensor to produce a voltage signal proportional to the load of the belt.
The speed sensor is directly connected to a large diameter velodrome and provides a series of pulses, each representing a belt motion unit, the frequency of which is proportional to the belt speed.
The integrator receives signals from the weight sensor and the speed sensor, and calculates an instantaneous flow value and cumulative weight value through the integrator operation, and displays them respectively.
