Product Description of The PC Strand
PC strands are for prestressed concrete structure reinforced, such as large-span bridges on railways and highways, overhead crane beams, rock-soil anchoring projects, multi-story industrial buildings, stadiums, coal mines and etc.
We offer PC Strands that conform to technical standards such as GB/T 5224, ASTM A-416, BS 5896, JIS G3536, or the standards agreed upon by both of the customers and us.
PC strand consists of wires spun together in the same direction and with the same lay length. The PC strand product contains 2-wire, 3-wire, and 7-wire strands. Low relaxation PC strand can be used for either prestressing or post-tensioning of concrete.

Application of The PC Strand
1) Used in the upper plates of bridges
2) As cable for special bridges and for the maintenance of bridges
3) In construction, this product is used in concrete pillars and supports for the construction of buildings, domes for nuclear
power plants and reinforcement of LNG concrete tanks.
4) It is also used as floor and roof reinforcement for sports stadiums.
5) It can be extensively used in construction materials for PC panels, high-pressure concrete water pipes, marine structures,
towers and runways.
Product packaging
1. Packing in coils, with PVC film and weaving bag / hessian cloth.
2. Loading by 20ft container, one full container can load about 25 tons of wire.
3. Packaging coils weight: Normally 2000-4000 kg, small coils weight is 1000-2000 kg
