Automatically Hydraulic Synchronous Lifting System Jack For Bridge And Repositionin
The synchronous lifting system consists of an electric motor, high-pressure hydraulic pump, oil tank and operation control system, jack and oil pipe, splitter, etc.
The flow rate of a pumping station is outputted through a splitter and provided to each executing oil cylinder. The displacement control system controls the loading and lifting speed of each oil cylinder based on the feedback signal from each different measuring point, achieving synchronous lifting action of the entire concrete continuous beam.
As modern transportation becomes increasingly busy, the frequency of reinforcement work for highway bridges and overpasses will increase. By adding additional piers and evenly distributing the load of the bridge beams to the old piers, the traffic flow can be increased.
The use of ultra-thin hydraulic jacks or self-locking hydraulic jacks to lift the bridge, replace the cushion layer, and finally place it back in the new pier position is the current stable maintenance of the bridge.
- The digital automatic control system can synchronously control 24 hydraulic cylinders, allowing for more lifting points in parallel facilities
- Capable of single person operation, computer control provides a user-friendly human-machine interface
- High precision sensor (+1mm) measures the accurate position of the load
