Self-adhesive high-visibility reflective heat transfer vinyl film designed for clothing applications. This retro-reflective material offers excellent visibility and durability for safety and professional garments.
Heat Application Instructions
- Base fabric should not be waterproof to ensure proper adhesion
- Use multilayer, flat cushion with controlled temperature equipment
- Keep base material flat with minimal tension during application
- Apply at 110°C-120°C with normal pressure for 10 seconds
- Peel off PET film after cooling
- Wait 12 hours before washing; follow ISO6330 standard method 5A at temperatures below 40°C
