For optimal results, use lockstitch sewing with maximum 12 stitches per inch (2.54 cm), maintaining minimum 5/64 inch (2 mm) distance from the reflective fabric edge.
Screen printing is supported on select reflective materials. Ensure continuous ink adhesion testing and pre-clean surfaces with isopropyl alcohol for improved adhesion. Note: Printed areas lose retroreflective properties.
Material can be cut using various methods including die-cutting, hand-cutting, or guillotine cutting.
Home laundering compatible with top or front loading machines using consumer detergent at temperatures up to 60°C (140°F). Use only non-chlorine bleach and avoid high alkaline treatments. Tumble drying at high temperatures may reduce garment lifespan.
