High visibility twill stripes reflective heat transfer vinyl with self-adhesive properties for clothing applications. This retro film provides excellent visibility and safety features for various garments.
Heat Application Guidelines
- Base fabric should not be waterproof to ensure proper adhesion
- Use multilayer, flat and flexible cushion with controlled temperature equipment
- Keep base material flat on cushion with minimal tension
- Apply heat at 110℃-120℃ with normal pressure for 10 seconds
- Peel off PET film after cooling
- Wait 12 hours before washing, following ISO6330 standard method 5A at temperatures below 40℃
