Description:
1. The water treatment includes raw water tank, raw water pump, silica sand filter, active carbon filter, ion exchanger, high pressure pump, precision filter, security filter, reverse osmosis, Ozone generator sterilizer, UV, Mixing tower, water pump, water storage tank.
2. The raw water tank is made of SUS304 or PP material. Raw water pump provide the pressure to silica sand filter / active carbon filter . Silica Sand filter get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on.
Active carbon filter Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on ion exchange prevent any deposition of large Particles, most of the bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane,The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
3. High pressure pump Provide the high pressure to RO membrane(at least 2.0 Mpa).RO system is the main part of pure water treatment plant. The RO membrane's desalt rate can reach as high as 99%.
Working Processes:
Raw water tank-raw water pump-multi-medium filter--active carbon filter -water softner (Sodium Ion Exchanger)-precision filter-RO mainframe(including chemical cleaning device)-ozone generator-finished product water tank
1. Raw water pump-- provide the pressure to quartz sand filter/active carbon filter
2. Multi-medium filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, ect.
3. Active Carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, ect.
4. Softener--exchange "ions" of calcium and magnesium with the most common and easiest method.
5. Micron filter--prevent large particles, bacteria, viruses into RO membrane, accuracy is 5um,
6. High pressure pump-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane
7. RO system-- main part of the plant. The RO membrane's desalting rate can reach 99%, removing over 99% ions
