TINOX A-2380 Titanium Dioxide Pigment
Pure, dry-milled anatase universal pigment from the sulphate process. This pigment is specially designed for applications where high whiteness of anatase is desired.

Processing Instructions: Pre-mix water and dispersing agent. Slowly add TINOX A-2380 under high-speed dispersion (1500-2000 rpm). Add extenders and continue mixing for 20-30 minutes. Let down with binder and additives.

Processing Instructions: Prepare clay slurry at 60-65% solids. Add dispersing agent and TINOX A-2380 gradually while mixing. Add other components and adjust pH to 8.0-9.0 with ammonia.
Packing and Storage
Packing details: 25kg/bag, polyethylene lined paper bags or woven PP bags with PE liner.
Storage conditions: Store in a dry, cool and well-ventilated area. Keep containers tightly closed when not in use. Avoid exposure to moisture and extreme temperatures.
Shelf life: 24 months when stored under recommended conditions.
