ZSYF series special gearbox for calender is a special gear unit matched with a building-block style calender.The gear is made of top-grade low carbon alloy steel, and the gear can reach the precision grade 6 through carburizing, quenching, and gear grinding.The hardness of the teeth surface is 54-62 HRC. The gear pair has stable running, low noise, and has high driving efficiency.

1. The whole machine can be combined easily from multiple sides and thus to meet the arrangement style of various kinds of rollers for a multi-roller calender.

2. Equipped with a forced lubrication system of the pimp and the motor, the meshed part of teeth and bearings can be completely and reliably lubricated.
