Abstract:

Microscope well suited for measuring dimensions and angles of machined metals. This series of microscopes has a newly designed LED illuminator with stepless intensity control for enhanced observation. The compact body makes it ideal for use on shop floors with limited space.

• Angle measurement is performed easily by turning the angle scale disc to align the cross-hair reticle with the workpiece image
• Illumination intensity can be adjusted
• Vernier scale mounted outside the eyepiece enables simple angle measurement
• Optional reticles give the ability to set reference points to perform quick comparisons
• Includes standard accessories which create an overall magnification of 30X
• Magnifications can be changed from 20 – 200X by using optional objectives and/or eyepieces
• Digimatic micrometer heads can output data to QM Data 2D processing module for measurements such as radii, diameters and point-to-point measurements
• Models that include Digimatic micrometer heads offer high accuracy measurement and increases ease of use
• 4” x 2” or 2” x 2” stage travel is available

I. Function

MM-A2010 large tool-maker microscope is an optical measuring instrument.
With simple structure, handy operation, has been applied in many fields as following:

1.To measure length in Cartesian coordinates.For example, measuring pitch, the base surface distance, engraved line distance, engraved line width, slot width, slit width, the outer diameter of the through-hole and so on.

2. To measure angle, for example, angle measurement for dials, templates, gauges, drilling template and those parts with complex structure.

3. Used as observational microscope to inspect the surface finish of work-piece by comparative law, identify ore samples in metallurgical industry, photomechanical print test, inspection of textile fibers and so on.

l Z axis hand wheel equipped with a large coarse tuning, can be realized accurate work-piece focusing.
l X axis and Y axis designed with built- in zero switching, lock them if needed .
l Can be equipped with video devices, allowing the microscope be upgrade to video measurement system.
l Table made of natural aging treatment, with the Swiss Schneeberger rail, stable precision.
l Equipped with DC-3000 data processor, can measure complex two-dimensional data on science and mathematics.
