This non-contact vision measuring system comprises of high resolution and accuracy CCD, monocular lens with continuous zoom magnification system, highprecision linear scales and stage. It is an optical precision measuring system with high precision and efficiency, which is widely applied in various precision industries. Usage: Rapid detection the dimension of contour, surface, angle and position for complex, precision parts. Especially in the inspection and quality control of micro-precision parts .It can be use for product development, two-dimensional scanner and other fields.

1. It adopts TEO™ 1 / 3’’ color CCD camera, the cross-line generator is the measuring aiming system.
2. Digital measurement and data processing system are made up by the two coordinate’s studio, the optical grating and the SDK series data card.
3. It has RS-232 interface with a computer and specialized measurement software which can also processes and output circular mapping. Measurement data can be directly transformed into AutoCAD file and become a full work circle; the data also can be entered in Excel and Word to conduct statistical analysis.
4.Grade 00 JINANQING granite base and column, high stability.
